Snowy! I plan to make a bunch of card with this beloved Penny Black Stamp. I masked snowy then stamped the branches. Watercolored the rest. The second card is a case of a card from a gal on one of my Facebook card groups who has used the background paper on so many beautiful cards we all went out and bought "that paper" Its from Hobby Lobby and is 12x12 and only 25 cents! Its paper not card stock but that doesn't matter for this type of use. I used my Stamp Simply Poinsettia dies and die cut Merry Christmas by The Stamps of Life. There is a pretty snowflake embossing folder in the background from Cuttlebug, must be 15 years old. Glad to use old stuff!

Christmas Cards
The top card is a new stamp from Gina K. I inked it with versa fine and then heat embossed with clear EP. Water colored and die cut Noel and placed on with pop dots. The second card is the Reindeer from My Favorite Things.

More Christmas Cards
I am playing with slimline cards, this one is 4x9 inches. I used MFT stamps and mountain dies with some embossed snowflakes in the background. The close up shows the detail stitching in the snow bank and the mountains. The next is a combo of the MFT set and The The Stamps of Life set. The snow globe is TSOL and is a shaker card again. I have a whole bunch planned so I am going to continue the series.

Continued Christmas Cards
These are the other ones I made this weekend with my Stamps of Life club kits. I love snow globes! I think we all do, so many stamp companies have them for sale. This one is well thought out by Stephanie and the accessories for it are great! The first is a shaker card, the dies are made for a shaker so super easy. The last one is the gnomes set from a couple months ago made into Christmas theme. The card idea came from another stamping group with a gnome from their company. Another popular theme a lot of stamp companies are selling.
Starting Christmas Cards for 2020
I have been receiving my monthly club kits from The Stamps of Life and the last
two have been Christmas themed. I have been seeing a lot of really cute cards
with them so I have been inspired to get crafting! Starting with the Polar Bear:

My Annual Halloween Card
I make one Halloween card a year for my BFF, she loves Halloween! She even named her black cat Halloween. I haven't bought any new stamps for it so I used my favorite stamp by Kraftin Kimmie called Batti and Catti. Always loved this girl! I have another one where she has a frog on her head. Anyway... the cats are Tim Holtz, an old standby because hey they are funky and fun :) I also jumped on the slimline bandwagon, this die set it from The Stamps of Life. But of course I have to buy dies! Not that you can't cut them out yourself, oh but the inside background die - that I can't do on my own. This set comes with two background dies and of course she just came out with triple circles to match this rounded corner card base. I am sure there are more to come! I have a million (exaggeration) cards I've made but haven't posted. So sorry, just been too busy to pay attention to my blog! Which is a good thing I think. With all of this Covid mess still going on it's nice to have things to do since we still can't gather in groups for the most part. Hubby and I go out to dinner once a week as long as it's outdoors on a patio. Going to my son's tournaments as well but masks and distancing is just plain weird. Thank God (literally) he is able to go to school in person! OK rambling here and no one probably reads this but hope you like my card! Thanks if you did read!

Nice Sentiment
I saw a card posted from one of the companies I follow and wanted to Case it so here we go. I think there is only one item from that card that I am actually using here. I used dies, paper and stamps from five different companies! That's the way it goes and I am very fortunate to have as many stamps, dies and paper as I do. I love the sentiment.

Turtles
This is the stamp and die set for May for The Stamps of Life. I think her stuff is super cute! I have a hard time using it though because I don't have the right people to send it to that likes the cutesie stuff like this. Also I have a hard time keeping in the theme! I always want to make it look more realistic but this time I decided to stop, just stop at this and see if it will work. What do you think? Does it need more or something different?

Birthday Card for my Son
My oldest son loved Steampunk when he was younger and when I bought this paper I thought of him. It is cool but best of all it is Ocean themed. I hope it doesn't seem girly though with the mermaid and all. The paper is by Graphic 45 and called Voyage Beneath the Sea. It is discontinued but someone was selling it and I was able to buy it. Have been looking for it for a long time! I feel lucky to have gotten it. I used Diamond Glaze on the gentleman and fish, fussy cut the coral and other items to make layers.

Mother's Day Card Take 2
This is another card I made for Mother's Day, I made one for my mom and one for my mother-in-law. I used Stampin' Up! products again for this one. Some of the birds were cut from the Bird Ballad paper and some are stamped and colored. I tried to add some bits here and there to make this more interesting! This is called a fun fold card.

Mothers Day Card in Coral(ish)
I love this color, it's kind of a coral color. I made this for Mother's Day and then made a thank you card for someone else as well and then made one for myself to keep! I used mostly Stampin Up! products, the Mothers Day is from Penny Black and the circle die is a random die brand.
