The directions for this card are from Marias Crafting Corner - I made another one because I just love this style card. This is using Stampin’ Up paper called Gathering together and Autumn Toile. The stamps and dies are from that set except the Bridge Over Water by Whimsy Stamps and the sentiment is printed from my computer.
This card is made from Sam Calcott’s YouTube channel. It is rather easy although it might look intimidating. She gives very good directions. I used that adorable fox again from Happy Days by Paper Boutique. The rest of the paper is from Stampin’ Up! The DSP (designer series paper) is called Gathering Together. The bridge stamp on front is from Whimsy Stamps called Bridge Over Water.
I am so thrilled to get new paper!. This is from Stampin’ Up. The leaves and acorns are stamps and dies from them as well. The words I printed from my computer - couldn’t find the right sentiment that would fit on the die cut pieces. I used shiny gold card stock for the mats - it looks fantastic in person. I’ve seen a lot of cards done that way lately, mostly from crafters in the UK.
I decided to pull out a paper pack I have never used, I haven’t been a fan of “toppers” which are “decorative cut outs” so you dont have to stamp and color. That wonderful Halloween paper by Paper Rose Designs has been fun so I decided to use this. It is by The Paper Boutique and it is called Happy Days. The card base is from Maria’s Crafting Corner. The shaker on front was fun to use a shaped die, didn’t have any sequins to match but I think these arent horrible. I did stamp, color and die cut some flowers to add to it.
