Get Well Z-Fold Card Altenew Beautiful Day

My good friend just received a kidney transplant! What a relief, those organ lists are long. I wanted to send her a bright and pretty card. The stamp and die set is from Altenew, Beautiful Day - I use that set so much! It is a multi stamp layering set which gives it that realistic look. I love the Z fold card, almost as much as the triangle corner card. It's off in the mail, I always have such a hard time parting with my creations and really don't like to make two at the same time although that would be a great solution.
